TEACHING

AS 495 - Ethics of Animal Agriculture (1) Discussion and presentations on issues related ethics in animal research and industry. Prereq: Senior standing. F, Sp Kelly Robbins, Fred Hopkins

AS 507 - Professional Development Seminar - (1) Responsible for a five week series on moral reasoning in scientific research, using a case study approach. F.

AS 530 - Animal Nutrition and Metabolism - (4) Responsible for sections on animal growth and development (7 lectures) and protein / amino acid metabolism (11 lectures). F.

International student exchange program. Co-direct with the UTIA International Programs Office, a student exchange program between Kasetsart University (Thailand) and the UT College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.
