Concentration Areas

Animal Industries is designed for students interested in careers in agribusiness and production agriculture. (Advisee Check List)

BioSciences is highly flexible and allows students to prepare themselves for careers in Veterinary Medicine, research, quality control and non-traditional fields such as laboratory technology. (Advisee Check List)

Pre-Vet is designed to meet admission requirements to the College of Veterinary Medicine. (Advisee Check List)

Pre-Vet 3+1 is tailored to meet basic admission requirements in three years. The BS degree is awarded upon successful completion of the first year in the College of Veterinary Medicine. (Advisee Check List)

Minor

The minor consists of 21 hours. The core courses give the student a broad background in physiology, nutrition, and management. Careful selection of the directed electives allows the student to emphasize physiological reproduction, nutrition, or management.
