Sheep Extension Program
The Animal Science Sheep Extension Program serves the agricultural industry of Tennessee by providing meaningful educational programs in efficient production of animals and wholesome animal products. Educational programs are in breeding and genetics, reproduction, nutrition and forage utilization, production and management and marketing that involve sheep. The section is also responsible for educational programs in 4-H Sheep project. These programs are directed through UT Extension staff located in Tennessee's 95 counties.
