NOTE: State 4-H Horse Championships entries will no longer be submitted at the Regional show. All State entries and fees will be submitted along with Regional horse show entries.

Regional Entries

Regional entries will be submitted in the same manner as in years past. Exhibitors will submit hard copy entries, entry fees and were appropriate stall registration information to their County Extension office by the entry deadline. Counties will then be responsible for submitting the Regional (and State) entries via the on-line entry system as well as forwarding hard copy forms to the appropriate Regional (or State) office.
Counties will be invoiced at a later date for Regional (and State) entry fees.

State Entries

State 4-H Horse Championships entries will no longer be submitted at the Regional show. All State entries and fees will be submitted with Regional horse show entries. Exhibitors will receive both sets of entry materials via their County Extension Agent. Exhibitors will return both entry forms (if necessary) along with the appropriate entry fees to their County Extension Agent. Counties will then be responsible for submitting the State entries via the on-line entry system as well as forwarding hard copy forms to Bridgett McIntosh. State Entry Fees: $7 per class, Cattle classes are an addition $5 per class. Banquet Tickets: $10
Counties will be invoiced at a later date for State entry fees.

During the Region show, exhibitors will be encouraged to 'proof' their state entries at a designated area. This will not only allow exhibitors to verify their entries but give an opportunity to anyone who was not aware of the entry procedure change to enter.

Thank you in advance for helping keep the entry process for the 2009 Regional and State Horse shows as error free as possible! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact:
