On-line Entry Program
(For use by Tennessee Extension Personnel ONLY)
Login to the EXPO Entry Program is CLOSED
(All entries must be submitted by 5:00 pm est on Monday, June 16, 2008)
(Admin Access)
It is still required that you submit all Expo paper
entries, entry fees and were appropriate registration forms and/or
lease agreements to the State AS Extension Office by June 15.
However,
individual counties will be responsible for submitting entries via the on-line entry system for both area and state
entries. *All
entries will be required to be completely entered into the on-line
system by 5:00 pm (est) Monday, June 16. Once the on-line site
is available you will be notified that it is open as well as receive
user information.
All entries for the 2008 Tennessee Junior Livestock
Exposition - Beef Event, will be entered
via the Internet through the on-line entry system.
All entries for the 2008 Tennessee Junior Livestock
Exposition - Sheep Event including
market lambs, commercial ewes and breeding ewes will also be entered
via the on-line entry system.
In addition to entering the data in the database you
will need to submit the paper copy of the entry form as has been
done in the past. The white copy should be sent to Dr. Jim Neel
in Knoxville and the yellow copy to your Regional Agriculture Program
Leader. Be sure to include the appropriate area and state entry
fees.
For entries that are 'regional
only,' the yellow entry forms should be sent to your Regional Agriculture
Program Leader. **Please send the
white copy to Knoxville clearly indicating on the entry form that
it is an 'Regional only' entry. You will enter the
'regional only' animals via the computer the same as state entries,
however, we will indicate in our database records that the animal
is 'regional only'. Remember that once the decision
is made to show in the regional show only, the animal cannot be shown
at the state Expo.
If you have entry forms completed prior to the entry
web site being opened, please be sure to retain your copy in order
to enter them into the computer before you mail the copies to the
state and regional offices.
Thank you in advance for helping keep the entry process for the
2008 Knoxville Spring Junior Cattle Exposition and the 2008 Tennessee Junior Livestock Exposition as error free as possible!
This process has been used statewide in recent
years with success. More detailed instructions will be sent out
at a later date or keep current by revisiting this site for the
most up-to-date information.
